Studio Content and Media.

Studio Content:

Audio, video, and other media files created during studio sessions will be retained for up to 90 days for delivery purposes, after which they will be deleted unless you have requested extended storage or have an ongoing service agreement with us.


Account Information:

We will retain your account information for as long as you have an active account with us, plus up to 6 months after account termination for business record-keeping purposes.


When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible, then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.


6. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?


In Short:

We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.


We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age, nor do we knowingly sell such personal information.
